Personal Bio: Retired Quality Engineering Manager after 35 years of working within multiple electro-mechanical manufacturing facilities. I am a life-long fitness enthusiast, enjoy running, kayaking, bicycling and foreign travel.
Specialty: Improving the health and well-being of active older adults. Focus on restoring strength, core balance, endurance, and range of motion in order to facilitate activities of daily living. Cancer survivors (regardless of age) through cardio-respiratory and resistance training exercises as developed by the YMCA LIVESTRONG program.

Bio: Three-sport athlete and a college recruit, Completed an internship at the Miriam Hospital Center for Cardiac Fitness working with Cardiopulmonary patients after surgery, Post-BS degree in a Physical Therapy office, where he worked on strength and conditioning aspects of patients with various upper and lower body injuries ranging from athletes to individuals recovering from hip/knee replacements.
