Bio: I am 24 years old, and I am from Somerset, Massachusetts and work at the Fall River branch. I went to Bridgewater State University where I received my Bachelor’s degree in exercise science. I did my internship, while in school, at the YMCA in Stoughton then got the wonderful opportunity to work at the Fall River location after I completed my degree. I worked as floor staff, wellness instructor, and trainer for a little over a year and a half and was able to earn the position of Wellness Director. I really enjoy the satisfaction of making a difference in someone’s life – from helping teens exercise safely to teaching enhance and developing fall prevention. From improving self-esteem to preventing injury and improving athletic performance – it all is very rewarding to me. I have played basketball all my life and still play to this day, and it remains my favorite sport to play. Although I enjoy playing plenty of sports, I enjoy watching just about every one, as well. Aside from sports, I especially love to be outdoors, whether that is fishing, hiking, exercising, or golfing.
