Dartmouth YMCA Personal Trainers
Bio: “I am a mom, wife, personal trainer, nutrition consultant, boot camp instructor and running coach. I am truly passionate about building positive relationships, helping others realize their potential, then guiding them through their fitness journey while helping them reach their goals. I know the struggles & emotions that come with being a mom including how the body changes with pregnancy. More importantly I know how to help you gain your strength, confidence and balance back. Since becoming a mom, I personally have figured out how to balance time for family and fitness. I have trained for and ran multiple half marathons, full marathons, and a four-day race, totaling 48.6 miles called ‘The Dopey Challenge.’ If you are looking to find balance, have confidence, be strong, be healthy and possibly run a race (any distance) – then I’m the personal trainer and running coach for you.”
