Camp Massasoit

Aquired in 1963 camp Massasoit has been offering camp every summer for the past 47 years. Camp Massasoit serves the local communities and caters to the children who come from abroad.

Located on beautiful Mattapoisett Harbor, Camp Massasoit has a stong sense of spirit and tradition. Your child will make friends, enjoy new experiences, learn about themselves and gain self-confidence. Over 500 children each summer come to attend Camp Massasoit. Many parents of the children who now attend the camp share fond memories of the days when they themselves were campers.

Our determination to the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility are evident to campers and staff members as they begin each camp session together.

Camp Massasoit operates according to the standards set forth by the American Camp Association and the Massachusetts Department of Health.  Since we understand the importance of selecting the right camp for your child/ren, we welcome your questions and invite you to visit the camp for a tour.
