An inspiring wellness story.....

I am very grateful that my financial assistance from the Y has enabled my two boys to get on track to a healthier life style.  My oldest son with has lost over 100 pounds and his younger brother has lost 40 with help from the wellness staff.

The boys have learned how to properly use the exercise equipment and have achieved great success, not only physically, but emotionally.  I have seen an improvement in their social skills and self-esteem.
