Youth Programs

Kids and a basketball coach.Healthier kids build a brighter future.  The Y is here to help our youth learn about being active and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. The benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from sinking a basket or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in programs at the Y is about showing your child how to grow, inside and out.

We offer sports mix classes to introduce your child to a variety of options in athletics, basketball for beginners & fit kids, aiming to teach todays' youth to get healthy and stay that way.   Your child, ages 8 & up is also welcome to join you, under your supervision, while working out in our cardio & weight rooms or in one of our many group exercise classes, such as Zumba and Cardio Challenge.  And don't forget Family Nights & Special Events.
