Whether you are just beginning an exercise program, coming back, or just want a low-impact workout, this is the place. We offer many ways for you to start and stick with a program that best meets your needs and helps you accomplish the goals you have.  If you like getting moving with a group of friends, our group exercise classes might be just for you.

Our group fitness programs, such as Yoga, Zumba, Tai Chi, boxing fitness, help people at any stage of life build positive health habits. Participation in Y programs offers youth and adults opportunities for friendship and community, a sense of well-being, increased self-conficence and improved mental abilities.  If a fitness class isn't for you, feel free to join in basketball during open gym times, open volleyball on Wednesday evenings or give squash a try in our regulation court.  Of course our free weight, cardio & nautilus rooms are availble during all open hours for your workout.

Don't forget your children 8 and up are welcome to workout with you under your supervision.
